Completing this form in advance allows me to prepare everything for your appointment, including having the correct jewellery available in the appropriate sizes wherever possible.
It also gives you the opportunity to tell me exactly what you have in mind—whether that's a particular style, colour, aesthetic or even a piercing I don't currently offer. I'll always do my best to accommodate your ideas where I can, but I do need to know what you're envisioning... unfortunately, I'm not a mind reader!
