IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND IT FALLS WITHIN 48HOUR NOTICE PERIOD ANY DEPOSITS PAID OR UPFRONT PAYMENTS WILL BE LOST.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. MY DIARY IS USUALLY BACK TO BACK SO ARRIVING EARLY WILL ONLY MEAN THAT YOU’LL HAVE TO WAIT. IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, UNFORTUNATELY YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO AHEAD AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY UP FRONT PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT PAID TO COMPENSATE FOR LOST TIME.
